During your free consultation meeting, we will discuss your project's goals and timelines. We will get a sense of the amount of time it will take and the types of professionals who should be involved. We want to know about your team, who will be involved, and the "culture." That is, how you work effectively.

Using the information from our initial meeting, we draw up a draft contract for your consideration. It includes all of the goals/deliverables and who will contribute to each one. It outlines the upfront costs and how we will notify you of your service usage along the way.

But...we know you want to get an idea of what it'll cost before you reach out to us.

In general, the fee structure is between $200-$500/hour depending on the nature of the request to achieve optimal outcomes quickly and efficiently.

Steps We Take To Be Transparent

When you contact us, a work order proposal is created. The work order provides a highly accurate estimate of the work to be done*, the fees, and the deliverables. After you approve of the scope of work, you add funds into an "escrow account." Your researcher is not paid until you are satisfied with the work performed**. We guarantee it.

*We are researchers and statisticians after all!

**The Founder and/or board members will mediate all queries until the customer is satisfied

We believe in up-front pricing. We hate hidden fees. Plus we know what it's like to work within strict grant budgets.

We're good communicators. If the task is bigger than we anticipated, we will tell you immediately. No one likes a surprise bill at the end of a project.
